I discovered moments after placing my order that I accidentally ordered both suits in the same color. I called the number on the website multiple times; this phone is never answered and does not accept a phone message. I emailed with request to change the color of one suit. I heard nothing back. I tried cancelling the order with Paypal and with the credit card company, to no avail. After reading reviews of the company on a swimsuit website, I fully expected to have been stiffed the entire cost. So I was surprised when the suits arrived yesterday (one month, not 12 days as promised on the website), Yes, both the same color. Quality of the product is very high, but they provide absolutely nothing resembling customer service. Good luck to you if you decide to roll dice with this company.
